Bismarck Roofer Reviews Start With Word of Mouth
Much of our work comes from referrals. A homeowner tells a neighbor, a landlord mentions us to another property owner, and the next job begins with a conversation. That kind of trust is earned one roof, one wall and one window at a time.
We are owner led, so the standard you hear about from others is the same one we bring to your property. The person who gives your estimate stays accountable for the finished work.

Had Draxen construction out to take care of our roof in Bismarck, and they did an excellent job. The crew showed up ready to work, communicated throughout the project, and paid attention to the little details. Everything was done professionally, and they made sure the property was cleaned up before leaving. It's hard to find contractors who take pride in their work but Draxen definitely delivered. Highly recommend them for roofing in the Bismarck area!

Draxen crew came and did vinyl siding on my house. Everything came out just the way I thought it would. Everything was straight and they had cuts really precise. They even went around all the openings with caulk to seal up holes and edges around fixtures on the house. They held themselves in a professional manner while working on my house. When they found an issue with the house they brought it to my attention and we found a solution fairly quickly so they could keep working. They offer multiple solutions and didn’t make me feel strong armed while needing the services. Very good company in all and will be using them again for anything exterior. Very reasonably priced as well.

Questions About Reviews and Choosing a Roofer
What should I look for when reading roofer reviews?
Look for reviews that describe the whole experience, not only the finished roof. Comments about communication, cleanup, sticking to the schedule and how problems were handled tell you a lot about a contractor. Several recent reviews that mention the same strengths are a stronger signal than one glowing comment from years ago.
Are Draxen Construction testimonials from real customers?
Yes. The reviews on this page are the ones customers posted online about their own projects. We do not write or edit them. They appear here through a live feed, so new reviews show up as customers leave them, and what you read is exactly what each customer said.
How can I share feedback about my project?
We want to hear how your project went, good or bad. Call us at (701) 504-9808 or send a message through our contact page, and we will follow up with you. If something about the work is not right, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.
